About Staveley
Staveley House is a semi-detached Edwardian property, built in 1906, with original features which gives the property character with a homely feeling. The dining room has lovely views and access to the garden situated at the rear of the property away from any noise giving tranquillity.
You are welcome to use the garden where you can relax after your meal or we have no objection to you smoking here if you wish, as the house is a non smoking environment.
Staveley House is an ideal location for touring, bird watching, sea fishing trips, sailing, cycling, Bowling, golf, visiting the many castles and historic attractions, country walks, water falls, steam trains, the beautiful Bodnant Gardens, the attractive and renowned Portmerion and many other enjoyable great days out. All this within easy reach from our comfortable Bed & Breakfast.
Who Are We?
We are David and Maureen Goodwin, owners of Staveley House B & B and living on the premises. We aim to be an example of all that is good about a small bed and breakfast. We are small with only three bedrooms but can provide a personal, individual service in a comfortable informal atmosphere, (Home from Home).
We came to Rhos on Sea 10yrs ago and fell in love with the property. David and I have worked hard over that time to get the property looking like it is now. It was only a year ago when after many years of retail management I decided to take early retirement and invite people to come and stay in our beautiful home, and from the comments on our feedback page I think you would agree we have made the right decision.
We run the B & B together with help from our grand daughter sharing all responsibilities, cooking, cleaning, gardening, repairs and decorating. We can guarantee high standards of cleanliness and personal service.
So why not treat yourself to that well earned break. Stay with us weekends, midweek or weekly stays.
